Schema.org is a vocabulary that describes your business in a format machines read without ambiguity: what you are, where you are, what you sell, what customers think.
Google uses it to show stars, prices and FAQs right in results. AI engines use it to decide whether to cite you.
The minimum for a service business: Organization or LocalBusiness, a Service per service, FAQPage where there are questions, and Review if you have real reviews.
